Tokyo-based actor and comedian Jonathan Sherr has joined the “English Teachers” cast! Jonathan is a member of the Tokyo Comedy Store and stars in the lead role for the hit comedy “My Darling is a Foreigner” released last month. A couple weeks ago we made a post about looking for Indie/Electronic bands to work with us on the soundtrack…and wow…we had an overwhelming response from bands around the world. Here’s a list of just a few of the bands that will be a part of Season One: Kate Sikora, Johnny, and David Hrivnak. We plan on sharing some of their music on our official site and Facebook so stay tuned.

We’ve spent the last month brining together the English Teachers crew. We have such a talented international production team. It’s going to be difficult having two languages on set (Japanese and English!), but I’m sure we’re going to have a great time!
